Wherever possible, action is taken on real time basis for redressal of their grievances. I used to book my railway tockets on line through your site.
Now whenever I try to book the message appear as to my profile is incomplete. Even after updating the same message comes on screen the mobile number and nationality are not being saved
IRCTC customer care number never work properly.If it get connected to customer care it will be disconnected between interaction.So stpid service i have ever seen.
