Dear Sir,
In 15.7.2012 dated issue,it is stated that "the registration numbers are allotted from 1 to 999". It is not correct. The registration numbers from 1 to 9999 (except government numbers and except total 8 numbers) are allotted serialy by the respective RTOs/MVIs.Further, additional fees are fixed for the allotment of Government Numbers.
